This place is located in a peaceful area on the island. It's just a short 4-6 minute walk to Island Pizza, a great spot for dinner.

We had an amazing time at Villa Segovia! The house was beautiful and comfortable, with spacious rooms and fluffy beds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and even invited us to join their Christmas dinner. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, allowing us to choose from a variety of items. Despite a minor setback with the missing car front plate, the service provided by the hotel was good. we highly recommend Villa Segovia for a great stay in Cozumel.

The distance from the beach and other activities may be a drawback for those seeking beach access and scenery. Additionally, the bathroom amenities could be upgraded with the addition of a curtain in the bathtub/shower.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Hugo who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is beautifully designed and located in a lovely area next to a gorgeous garden and the seafront. The room is comfortable with a good bathroom and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location is secure and peaceful, a couple of blocks away from Mayaluum. The pool and parking on site are also good amenities. The ambience is quiet, which is a plus.

We had an amazing romantic escape at a beautiful property. The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, along with the friendly and caring staff. The location was perfect for us, offering a quieter atmosphere while still being accessible to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that the property had good facilities and comfort.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the communication with the host was lacking, making us feel unwelcome and like intruders in their house.
